Alianza Gato Andino

The Andean Cat Alliance (AGA) is a multinational and interdisciplinary network made up of members from four countries where the species lives: Argentina, Bolivia, Chile and Peru. Concentrated in the high Andes of these four countries and in the northern Patagonian steppe of Argentina, working together with governmental and non-governmental organizations, as well as local communities.

Communication is key

I collaborated with Lic. Cecilia Estrella, Ing. Diego Herrando and members of the Alianza Gato Andino (AGA), a leading conservation organization, to redesign their existing website. The main challenge was to create a digital platform that would not only reflect their important mission but also provide new tools to effectively communicate and disseminate their work.

My role was to act as a strategic partner, delivering a holistic solution that went beyond design. In a collaborative process, I developed a custom website with new features designed to amplify their message. A key part of the project was providing comprehensive training for the AGA team, empowering them to upload content and maintain the website autonomously.

The outcome is a highly functional and professional website that has significantly improved how AGA communicates its work to the public. By empowering their team with the tools and knowledge to manage their digital presence, I helped them gain efficiency and focus their efforts on their primary mission of protecting the Andean cat.
